Susanna Rojas, LAc, EAMP
Susanna Rojas, Licensed East Asian Medicine Practitioner, joined Seattle Nature Cure Clinic in October 2014, and she has been practicing Acupuncture / East Asian Medicine since 1998.
As a former Kinesio Taping student of Dr. Masa, Susanna has experience working with Dr. Masa as a teaching assistant with the Bastyr Sports Medicine Club.
Susanna’s philosophy is firmly rooted in treating the whole person. Her gentle Japanese-style acupuncture technique provides a holistic therapeutic experience for clients with a myriad of health concerns.
Susanna’s services include gentle, Japanese-style acupuncture, East Asian bodywork, Kinesio Taping, and therapeutic health education. She believes in a client-centered, integrative health care approach in working together with her clients and collaborating with other providers to promote health and vitality.
Susanna traveled to Japan in November 2015 for the 30th Anniversary Kinesio Taping Research Symposium hosted by Kinesio Taping inventor, Dr. Kenzo Kase. At this event, Susanna was able to learn from practitioners and educators from around the globe who presented case studies and fascinating research on a vast array of Kinesio Taping’s clinical applications.
As a former gymnast, in her leisure time Susanna loves to run, swim and practice Qi Gong. Her other passions include singing and playing music; nutritional education and cooking; gardening and appreciating nature; and experiencing cultural diversity and traveling abroad.
