Cortney Cusack, ND
Dr. Cortney has been practicing naturopathic medicine since 2008. She enjoys providing both primary care medicine and specialty therapies. Dr. Cortney works clinically to help people understand the process of their ailments, the cause of dysfunction, and the path towards optimal health.
Dr. Cortney uses the full spectrum of naturopathic medicine to help her patients achieve their health and life goals. She uses a wide range of modalities - from manual therapy, flower essences, herbs and dietary modifications, to supplementation and prescription medications. She manages patients as a primary care provider – performing lab tests, annual exams, referring when necessary; and she also works with people as part of their health care team accepting referrals for specific manual therapy.
Dr. Cortney joined Seattle Nature Cure Clinic after completing a competitive residency at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. She has advanced training in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and numerous other physical medicine modalities including naturopathic manipulation, kinesio taping, and M test acupuncture technique. She is also adjunct faculty at BCNH where she supervises a specialty shift at their clinic and teaches elective courses on campus.
