Dr. Amanda offers a compassionate and positive approach to stimulate the body’s natural state of health and vitality. She works with individuals in all seasons of life, meeting people where they are.

She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2025 with additional training in craniosacral therapy, ultrasound-guided regenerative injections, IV nutrition, and vitalism. Her practice incorporates biofeedback, spinal mobilization, trigger point (Ashi) needling, cupping, flower essences, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, naturopathic counseling, targeted natural supplements, and more.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Amanda graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science and worked at Nemours Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children, one of the nation’s top pediatric health systems. While attending Bastyr, she continued working in the clinical lab at the University of Washington Medical Center Northwest Hospital, maintaining her commitment to laboratory diagnostics and its critical role in patient care.

In addition to her clinical studies, Dr. Amanda completed a 200-hour registered yoga teacher training and holds Reiki Level I and II certifications. In her personal time she enjoys gardening, hiking the Cascades, and live music.
